Kudos to Comcast CSR Oksana

I have been known to be critical of Comcast CSRs in this forum, so allow me to publicly thank Comcast Live Chat Support CSR Oksana for a job well done. I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

If I attempt to manage the secondary accounts, it says that I do not have any secondary accounts. If I try to recreate them, it says that they already exist.

Oksana > You are welcome. It can happen if you delete them with the primary user access yourself, or when the services change on the account. It can also be a system error. I don't have the exact reason available to me

No, my account number is not really "12345 234567-12", and the secondary accounts are not really "user-one" and "user-two". If any of those actually belong to a real Comcast customer, sorry about that.

When I read that I can't help but thinking about contacting Oksana.Ru! lol

I would like to ask though, did you try and access those secondary accounts via your primary account? I was wondering since the CSR said they had been deactivated and you might have been able to see that and reactivate them via your Primary account. Just curious.

Yeah, Comcast is not teh evil... no matter what some wish us to think.

Live chat is a pretty cool way to get help too!
I went from "normal" HSI to "speed" HSI in under 5 minutes via Live Chat!

I will rephrase my original reply from the chat transcript for additional clarity:

If I attempted to manage, reactivate, or just check the status of the secondary accounts from my primary account, I got a reply that I did not have any secondary accounts. If I tried to create them as new secondary accounts, I got a reply that they already existed.

Apparently whatever happened was only visible to and correctible by a Comcast CSR (and I suspect that the correctibility factor would be very much dependent upon the knowledge and access level of the Comcast CSR).
