<description><![CDATA[Marckus0513 posted : Your Thumbs Down point was that it is a 'Tad' slow.  You then say that you are on the 768k/128k tier.  You do know that there are faster speeds of DSL available??  At the very least you should be able to get the 1.5M/384k tier which is twice as fast as the tier you are on.<br><br>Now if you were at the top speed tier that you could get and still said a 'Tad' slow compared to cable I would agree with you on this point.  But a 'Tad' slow on the bottom of the barrel tier for DSL should not be a thumbs down, at least to me.... :uhh:]]></description>
