From 1200 to 5000?  :huh:<br><br>Comcast does not have a 10,000 down/1500 up service plan.<br><br>8000/768 exists... if you are in the right area, 16000/1000 or 16000/2000 might be available...<br><br>Now, with PowerBoost, people are seeing some crazy speeds when doing speedtests... but it's just the PowerBoost.<br><br>After a few seconds - MB... the speed returns to the 6000 - 8000 service levels.<br><br>If you post in the Comcast Forum here, I'm certain some of us will try and help you locate and possibly fix the problem.  :)<br><SMALL>--<br>Think outside the Fox... <A HREF="http://www.opera.com/">Opera</A></SMALL>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/444763"><b>airwingjim</b></A> : About a year ago my "top service" dropped from 1200 down to 5000 down.<br>When this happened the first time, it "repaired" it self.<br><br>It has been a year since it dropped to 5000 approximately. It has not fixed itself.<br><br>I THINK it may repair the problem if I ordered the 10,000 down/1500 up. Again.
