flushls join:2004-11-02 Joyce, WA	They have already lost the rural & commercial Markets Here in W. WA they have only 20% of the market share outside of POTS which is a heavily subed money loser. If it is like this everywhere their DOA.

Yes, and Qwest gets a LOT of money from the USF funds in rural Washington.
