We're certainly spending money on it like it's a war. Funny how the more we spend the worse it gets...

Yes, when I look at my cell phone rates, it always annoys me that the USF is getting 11.7% tacked on to my bill (this qtr -it chgs qtrly). That is a ridiculous tax rate. And most of that money is wasted and does nothing but pay off local pols pushing their special projects.
