broadband in the U.S. is so screwed.

i can't wait to see the fraud, waste and abuse we currently have in the USF transferred over to broadband deployments.

i wonder if we'll get 768K/128K service for $100/mo? That's to the provider, of course; customer will only pay $15 or something, USF pays the rest.
