The thing that gets me is they all have to have this data in any case. They need to know where there customers are to get an idea on where they need to market harder, and to see where they need to improve the plant. So all of this data is available at any half-way well run company. They just don't want to share the information with anyone (including the FCC) lest someone use that information against them.
