They advertise unlimited 20 meg but if you read the small print that isn't what they are offering. They are throttling everyone. I havent downloaded more than 200 megs today and I am capped, same yesterday. What's even worse is they cap your upstream as well. I have written to Oftel about this and I will be pursuing it as this kind of thing cannot be allowed to continue. NTL has been a disaster since Virgin took over. If they cant offer the 20 meg download service they are advertising, they should not be advertising it.
