correct me if im wrong but your downstream power level is weak and maybe the cause,do these levels stay the same when you connection is fine.
i feel you pain im running into the same issues,between 830pm and 1030pm my down load goes to 900kbs and uplaod is 1mb yet my levels are pefrect and no drops or packet loss,i have just been waiting for the data engineers to find something |

2 edits | Actually my downstream is high at +14dbmv it used to be right at 0 which is ideal but it's always like that even now when my speeds are back to normal.
Hmm just a thought but my modem logs have my modem changing channels from 2 to 1 at 11pm, Could that be the problem that Channel 2 is FUBAR? Never heard anything of the sorts but it wouldn't suprise me. |
