| How/Where do I secure a NAS drive on my network?
What is the best way to secure my NAS drive on my home network? I want to keep access restricted to just a couple of computers. I don't want any outsiders to be able to detect or access it. I'm running Windows XP Pro and have a two router setup. Router 1 (Dell TrueMobile 2300) comes straight off the DSL modem. Router 2 (Netgear WGT624) feeds off router 1 with no problems. All my computers get access off router 2.
Any help would be appreciated. |

If wireless, lock down your wireless.
Otherwise just put a user/password on it. |
