Been watching support.cox.net try to load for 20 minutes. Forget even leaving cox.net to here..... I KNOW upgrades happen and blah blah about best to do it after midnight and yada yada yada. Be nice IF the support page had more to say about status than just "EMAIL may be unreachable". Maybe a simple email notice about service may be unusable from x to y on the next few z days?

Mary Esther, FL		 The status page has been lacking. There needs to be one for cable tv and telephone, also in regards to upgrades/downtimes.
