They haven't yet. I haven't, nor have I heard of anyone getting an abuse letter from AT&T for excessive use.

True true... and to be fair to AT&T, if they were doing this, we'd be hearing more about it here, as we have with Comcast and Verizon. It is entirely possible that AT&T won't care about unlimited data.

Here		 I haven't got a letter yet and I stream things constantly to it on EDGE. Typically in the boonies I'll get dialup speeds but in a fairly dense area I'll get around 200kb reliably.
