 Speed issues

I am a Compton Plus (10,000kps) subscriber and but my speed recently has been very slow (typically 800 to 2,000 kps). I spoke with Matt at Compton and he confirmed that there were problems with the Compton pipe to the rest of the internet and he created trouble ticket #2096 but said it could be a couple of weeks before it might get fixed. I thought I would post this here in case anyone could speed this process up since I am a web developer and I am unable to test my videos at full speed.

I can confirm that we are upgrading a couple things this summer - our existing connection and we are adding a second connection via a different physical route. There's not much we can do to speed this process up as it depends on our providers. I'll see if there's anything we can do in the meantime to help speeds.
