| gower2352,
As much as I'd like to have it, I really don't need it. I was using dial-up until a year ago. DSL only started being offered in my area, about a year and a half ago. I tried to get it at that point, but the CO was incapable of handling any new customers. It took almost 6 months before I was able to order it. In February of this year, Fios became available in my area. I did subscribe to Fios TV using the other telephone line in my home. (Second Account) When it was installed, the wireless router, and battery back-up for the phone, were put in place. If I decide I need the speed, most of the equipment is already installed. But right now $14.95 a month sounds better then $39.99.
