Re: A thing of beauty I get the impression that a lot of posters failed to read through the claim. Her lawyer is simply hanging them with their own sworn statements and applying the law. There aren't a lot of stretches here. I'm guessing the only things that could be seriously considered on appeal will be the size of the award and the RICO application. And the RICO claim has just enough legs and teeth to scare the crap out of RIAA.
