Or so we hope. Is it really a "win"? That case should have been dropped from day 1. 54 million for a pair of pants that cost less than 100 bucks? Get real! Actually, the judge has to pay the court "fees" (about $1000) to the Korean owners and MIGHT have to pay the lawyer fees (right now about $100,000.) Plus, there is a VERY good chance he will lose his $96,000/year administrative judge position.
