Re: [billing] New DSL Rate Hike I was grandfathered, but it didn't matter for me....$33.61 is what I now pay for 1 year commitment. I went around with them on the phone about the raise in price, but didn't get very far. I could have pushed it to retention but didn't want to go through the aggrevation for a few bucks.
keep in mind I got a solid 3.0 connection, having very minimal problems over the years, a couple glitches over 7 years of service. I have satellite TV (which I like), so switching to comcast is hardly an option. All or most of my neighboring towns have fios, I'm still waiting here in Souderton.I guess verizon isn't greasing enough local palms to get them to move?
