I just looked at my June 22 Sunrocket invoice, and shock...it's correct!! For the first time it shows a $39.50 credit I was promised last year. This is encouraging and happened with no effort on my part. |

| Bull poopies. They still aren't listing more than 6 invoices. Their accounting systems are permanently broken and they're in a broken-feature-freeze. (Yet their basic phone service works well lately!)

| I am in my 3 year with Sunrocket and has 2 accounts with them.
Last statement shown for me is 5/9/07. It's end of June but June statement doesn't show up yet. My card got charged for some international calls around the June statement date. However, it's only 20% of what I should pay so I am not complaining.
SunRocket has, by far, the worst billing system I have seen with any US company. |

If I stood on principle with these folks I would have been gone long ago. I have had no bills, double bills, duplicate account numbers,and other problems and very little satisfaction from the billing department.
But they are so cheap, sim ring and signature numbers are useful for me, and the quality is good so I stick with them. Also, if they go belly up or I have to dispute charges and I lose my number it's not the end of the world. I'm hoping that they get things fixed when my anniversary comes around and it's time for my free year. The fact that my June invoice is correct gives some hope. |

| They finally show my balance zeroed out instead of a $200 credit balance - so they have corrected a bunch of long standing errors. They show no invoice for me for May - like they just skipped May altogether - but I wouldn't think that would cause a big problem. It appears they're finally getting all these billing wrinkles ironed out. (For whatever reason.) |

That's why I am still with them and in my 3rd year . I had most of the problems you had in terms of no bills, double billing, promos not honored and many more. However, I was able to get all of it fixed after many phone calls and emails. It's funny that no one at SunRocket has any idea which plan I am on and each CSR gives me a different answer, but I am being charged $99 per year (after many calls, charges, and credits at renewal date). After the international calls credit, I pay less than $6 per month.
ALSO, MY PHONE SERVICE IS GREAT. I just hate their billing.. |
