In fact, when the copper gets larger, the fiber is cheaper due to cheaper materials. Labor is still labor, cable is still cable. The cost is still dominated by the labor costs and not the materials. | |

Deploy costs are the only thing to consider. Ongoing maintenance and capacity also must be weighted.
