Amen! I sure am glad I am not with them any longer. Usenet servers sucked ass! I detest overseas tech support because they don't understand you or don't know squat about anything, it's like being a doctor and going to a farmer for medical treatment, soooo annoying.

It isn't so bad if they are based in the Philippines, at least THEY speak perfect English...
