<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/346815"><b>wheel11</b></A> : Just some info. RR does network repairs and upgrades on wed. and Thur. after 12.00. Thats probably what caused your outage. They can last up to 6 hours if its longer than that its because an upgrade failed and they had to switch it back.]]></description>
