Wait for iPhone II

iPhone II is on the way...Evidently there is another product already in the pipe for release in 18 months. Just talked to a friend who gave me mine and the sales rep to his store said that iPhone will continue to grow revenues with a new iPhone with more features and higher res screen and will be "in the pipe" and for sale in 18 months.

I guess they are purshing 2 year contracts with the iPhone with a technology upgrade in 18 months.

And, history will repeat itself. The iPhone II will be replaced by the iPhone IIe, superceeded by the iPhone IIc, followed by the iPhone IIgs and then the iPhone Mac. Long live the iPhone II!

Your friend in a retail store wouldn't have access to Apple's stuff for 18 months. Apple would allow him to place orders on that iPhone model for 10 years if he wanted to right now and each time they EOL'd the current model they'd just get him to switch to the new one.

Haha the IIGS. Nice picture. I do satellite tv, and I had a customer that had one of these things. It worked and was signed by Wozniak. I wonder what it would bring on ebay?
