I was thinking more like a broomstick propped up by a chair, but if you say they have buildings and TV, all the better!
maybe they could just pay someone to hold up the antenna and that in it self would create about 5-8 jobs to account for shifts during the week. See there this does have the possiblity of creating jobs for R.I.
