I hope not. I signed up with them about 3 weeks ago. Its been pretty good. Only a couple of issues during calls. Im happy. Its my first VOIP so I cant compare it with anything.

 I hope not too. I just started my 2nd year. Also a couple of months ago bought 2yrs for a family member in another state.

Their service has been great, I haven't had any issues with the voice quality or reliability. It's been saving us quite a bit of money.
