Battery soldered on

So, you know, if your battery won't keep a decent charge then you have to mail your iPhone in and they will "fix" it, by which I mean replace it with a new one.

An iPod costs $70 to "fix", I wonder how much they'll charge to fix an iPhone.

Do you have to ship the whole MacBook to Apple to replace the battery?
