Estimates vary, but generally speaking, the typical cable network would cost about $4-$6 per month, if priced individually. For even as few as two or three channels on the same tier, most folks would be better off just purchasing the tier. (We have two tiers of non-premium digital channels here. The first tier costs an additional $7.95, and the second tier costs an additional $4 on top of that.) Due to this, there is very little interest in offering individual channels. |
