The iPhone is missing one thing...

Tactile response. How many of us actually look at the phone to press the buttons? I know I really don't. I'm able to do that because my phone includes surface features that help me identify my finger location on the keypad by touch. iPhone's all glass interface guarantees that users must look at the interface to accomplish everything. I think a lot of folks are underestimating how much of a liability this will be with regards to user friendliness.

there will be some tactile response when you slide your finger against a broken glass face!

This is why Apple should have included some sort of voicecommand. I use voicecommand with my current phone over bluetooth to dial numbers when I am driving, or doing something that used up both hands.

Yet there are times when voice commands are inappropriate.
