Re: Can I Downgrade Online: Pro -> Express? I don't recall seeing the ability to lower your level and cost of service on-line.
I suspect it is so they can attempt some sort of save effort.
Call them and start the conversation: "...I tried to use the web ordering tool but I couldn't get it to lower my service from Pro to Express. Did I miss something?"
Might make an interesting follow-up. |
