Re: Vonage sucks Vonage sucks because: 1. When my Vonage telephony device died they told me for three months before I canncelled my account that the problem is latency to avoid replacing it. Why didn't they tell me to buy a new device?
2. It took four- count 'em, FOUR - @#$@# phone calls ( the last one lasted 45 minutes) to cancel my account.
3. They don't know how to send MS.docs in email. I have MS Office on two machines and couldn't open any of the so-called response letters.
4. The Philipino phone support can't speak English, can't answer basic questions about serrvice. amd they don't know a thing about the US area codes. They sound like chattering magpiesl it makes my brain tired.
5. The only place Vonage seems to work is in large Metropolitan areas. They need to stay our of rural America if they can't offer a usable product. -- Mac: No windows, No gates, Apple inside |
