Re: Earthlink is outsourcing the last of it's US techs I fail to see the logic in this decision. If the ultimate long term goal for the company is a dissatisfied customer base, unintelligible and unskilled tech support people, incredibly long waits for phone support, and expecting the customer to do more than 50% of his own tech support than I guess they might be successful in their minds. As long as they milk it for all the profit they can get. Word will get around fast and they will fall like a lead zeppelin.
Personally I won't stand for it, I'll leave as soon as I can if a better option comes my way, or if I have to solve my own problems on my own time (as I have a few times already, with the help of this much needed forum!). |
