| Strict "Historic District" rules--- Flaunted Man, some places are tough with the historic building rules. You basically can't change hardly anything. That said, it seems counter-intuitive that AT&T can come along and just place these huge boxes anywhere without even consideration of aesthetics. Also, curb appeal is a big factor in home value. A set of these boxes in the wrong place on your lawn and you've just lost thousands of dollars. No laughing matter, really.
