battleop join:2005-09-28 00000	Re: Sigh... No actually you do. You are not on the same piece of copper between you and your nearest dslam but once you hit that DSLAM you are sharing. That circuit from the DSLAM to the ATM Switch can be saturated just like cable can become saturated.
