all they needed to do

was add "when you want to use it" to their spots.

They have upgraded here by now i hope. But i tried cable before i got my dsl....AOL dial-up could have claimed higher speeds at 6 pm!! Cable passed DSL sometime after midnight Was not impressed when there was a damn 'Get lightning fast internet' billboard a block away :/ I hear they are still slow at prime time here tho.
