Thats how you do it.

Now we know how to get out of paying the early termination fees. Just bug the hell out of them until they cancel you.

That's a great point. Sprint's tactic will backfire. OTOH, it would make more sense to get Sprint since you can easily get out of contract if you'd like.

Agreed. I would think this is a GOOD thing for the company and the user, not bad. If you have so many issues like this neither party is making good on the relationship, so you get rid of a company that isn't working out and you get out of your contract.
