| I like it. The less they have to deal with "squeaking wheels", the more time the reps have for other folks with REAL problems.
And yes, the more they kick off the hogs that abuse the system, the more and the better the network will be for the rest of us.

Their attitude is "Shut up and pay whatever we say."
Screw that. You double bill me, you bet I'm calling in. You cancel me because I called in on YOUR error? There's abuse going on here, alright. Abuse of the consumer....
