Re: Earthlink is outsourcing the last of it's US techs Thanks for the info. That is indeed sad news in terms of what Earthlink is doing. Much of overseas outsourced tech support is really only good for the most simplest of issues. Unfortunately, you have to jump through so many hoops to get to someone who knows more than the basics. The fact that they are now getting rid of the more knowledgeable support personnel is very disappointing and will only serve to increase subscribers' frustrations with the quality of tech support that is offered by Earthlink.
