It looks like if you want to get out of their contract with no ET fee, just start being a PITA by calling them for corrections and concerns on every line item of their billing, calling about how the phone doesn't work right when it's a user error, complaints and pushing the limits of their services etc etc. Maybe, just maybe, that'll trip their software trigger to generate a letter.
These guys ain't too bright. Having lived with their crappy land line and wireless customer service, I can speak to their lack of worth as a top tier service provider. I can say they always had decent network coverage for voice calls. -- The society which scorns excellence in plumbing as a humble activity and tolerates shoddiness in philosophy because it is an exalted activity will have neither good plumbing nor good philosophy: neither its pipes or its theories will hold water.
