for SIX MONTHS I would need to call for them to fix each bill and they would tell me "it's fixed and won't happen again".
Eventually they fixed it (though it hapened again when I added a fourth phone this year lol)
My point is that Sprint makes me waste my time correcting their problems.
If they send me a letter, I'll send them a thank you note (as long as they pay me for the phones I bought to use with thier POS network). |
