| I'm the one that got the letter.... Hi everyone. Thanks for the support and the post above me is exactly the type of thing that happened to me. See some background info here if you like:

It's been 8 years and I now have 24 days to port out (and my bill was already paid, so they didn't "credit" anything!) No one even had the courtesy to call me back from the Executive Offices.
It's too bad b/c for 8 yrs I stuck w/ them despite the problems. It will be interesting to see how this plays out for other people.
