IPv6 converter software

cleaning out some old CDs that i had laying around and came across this IPv6 converter.
IPConvert.zip 4750 bytes

And what is an "IPv6 converter"? My MAC doesn't do anything useful with .exe files so I can't try the file even if I wanted to do so.

I'm pretty sure the IPv4 to IPv6 conversion that this program uses is obsolete.

6to4 uses the 2002::/16 prefix and gives each IPv4 host a /48 IPv6 subnet.
