| MediaDefender denies site was used for entrapment
MediaDefender is claiming that the site they set up, MiiVi,
was not created specifically to catch filesharers trying to
download fake torrents, but was an internal project that
they didn't password protect.
Well, if this were true, asks Ars Technica, why did they
immediately remove all contact information from the WHOIS
registry for the domain?
MediaDefender's answer was that it was to protect against
hacker attacks or spam.

Many, including myself, don't buy it. Something smells
fishy here.
