| In my municipality, AT&T has apparently committed to NOT placing VRADS in residential ROW, that is, ROW abutting residential lots. So apparently they have already determined that they can serve everyone they will want to serve with VRADS located adjacent to commercial lots. I have requested a copy of the agreement.
Also I'll highlight what's already been said: The ROW is usually considerably wider than the street. My property line is four feet from the inside (house side) edge of the public sidewalk: The street is 30' from curb to curb. However the ROW is 70' wide. So the first 20' between the curb and my house is ROW.
Despite that I am still expected to mow the grass and shovel the sidewalk. It is for the greater good, yes comrades? -- USNG: 16TDN2870 Find your Lat-Long: Geocoder |
