1 edit | Re: I love my Sirius The point was the Exxon merger was far more complicated and would stand to have a much larger impact on everyone (including it being a national security issue) but an answer for the Sirius/XM merger is taking longer. Some including myself are perplexed that the Exxon/Mobil merger, a merger of the #1 and #2 oil companies got the fast track but Sirius/XM is held up because some politicians have a bug in their ass about Howard Stern.
The Sirius/XM merger should have been approved in a day.
