3 of my 4 accounts connected
only the one I use every day did not connect!

 Using the web-based system one of our accounts connects fine (as it does with Outlook Express). The one that does not connect with OE returns a message on the web-based system saying "unable to connect to server". Sounds like one mail server is down.
