CRC/HEC errors keep incrementing - is it normal?

My DSL line has been stable and up for almost 6 days and the SNR margins look very good too, but are these CRC/HEC errors expected? Is this a normal number, is it considered on the high side, low side?

Thanks.

Your best bet would be to contact support and ask them to run line stats from our side. We can see far more data, and can use this to determine if repair is needed or possible, etc.

Those numbers are not out of the norm. HEC errors are corrected by your modem using Read Solomon. CRC errors are packets unrecoverable but the CRCs are not out of the norm considering the 138 hours up time, that's roughly one CRC error every two hours.
