The amount of self promotion on TBS is beyond absurd. At the start and end of every commercial segment, you see an ad for their weeknight comedy lineup, or Sex and the City, or whatever movie they are going to play 6 times the upcoming weekend, or the new TBS exclusive series, etc etc.

I love their lineup and alot of the movies they run, but I'm constantly flipping to avoid watching their commercials. TVtropolis is just as bad... 'Hit TV lives here'.
