The ETF covers part of the lost revenue from the broken CONTRACT between AT&T and the customer. The main difference in most cases is the length of the contract and the price of the phone...Cheap(er) or free phone, 2 year contract vs. pay full price for the phone and no contract. -- No entrada ilegal en los Estados Unidos de América.
