Jacksonville, FL | Aww... I guess that means that commercial showing someone watching Pirates of the Caribbean on their iPhone and then going on the web to find a sushi restaurant would cause the user to get the boot. That's really sad. The commercial showed streaming video. What a jip.
Is it suprising though? Nah. I could have told you there was going to be fees and regulations out the ying-yang for that little technological wonder. I think I'll wait till I can get one for free. |

They do show that on the commercial huh? They must be using their wifi connection then.

Jacksonville, FL | Yes they do. I'd suggest looking for it on Youtube. I'm sure someone must have uploaded the commercial there. I'd go look for it but I have to get going. You think they wouldn't violate their own ToS with the iPhone though. I can't remember if it was an iPhone commercial by Apple or AT&T, because I'd find it amusing if Apple hadn't even read the ToS. |

If you actually watch that commercial, you'd see that their not streaming anything - the movie was stored in their video collection.
As for the TOS - I'm guessing they've made some kind of agreement with AT&T. |
