Nothing personal against Sprint/Nextel... however, it appears that they've been trying to be too many things (CDMA provider, iDEN provider - bleeding customers, WiMax provider ) ... what's next ?
To be fair... AT&T (Cingular... AT&T Wireless - another carrier with personality disorder) has done similar with roaming.
VZ Wireless booted people for data card usage as well.
I think T-Mobile is probably the only carrier that's a little more customer oriented.
