What speeds should I be getting?

I have a naked DSL connection at 3008/768k, my house is 1390 feet from the CO. Isomedia tells me that I should get a sustained down/up of 120KBps/30KBps, though I was thinking more like double those rates.

Can anybody shed some light on this?
